Mr. Ashish Malhotra

Mr. Ashish Malhotra has a rich experience of more than 20 years in the Training,Education and Skilling space. Has been very positive about the Skill India mission and is passionate to skill the Indian youth in industry relevant programs for sustainable employment.An Expert in Channel Management, he has an experience of building channel networks on a pan-India basis, and has held senior positions in companies like ACC, Berger Paints, T.I Cycles, T.I.M.E Education, and Shriram New Horizons.

 


Shabeen Narang

Shabeen has over 33 years of experience with leading Banking and Financial services, Telecommunications and IT/ITes firms like Citibank, Reliance Infocomm and Fullerton. During her corporate career, she has held leadership positions across business roles in Sales, Service, Operations and Collections and also spearheaded support functions like HR and T&D functions.

Throughout her corporate life, across Business and HR / T&D roles, she’s viewed challenges and opportunities with a de novo approach, conceptualizing strong visions yet planning at a granular level, to deliver breakthrough and measurable results.

Additionally, her wide and varied cross functional experience enables her to take a systemic approach to business, people and leadership challenges.


Arvind Narang

Arvind started his professional career as a Management Trainee in 1989 with Reliance Industries. In his corporate career of 35 years, he led various assignments including Projects, Operations, M&A and Business Strategy with premier companies in India and internationally. He’s held key positions including Joint President-Reliance Group. CEO–Reliance Digital TV, CEO–ACL an Essel (ZEE) Group company, Business Manager, South Asia-ICO Global Communications (UK) and General Manager-Reliance Industries Ltd.

It is his experience as a business strategist and leader – assessing risks and benefits and integrating strategy with meticulous execution – that makes him one of the most well regarded and progressive Business leaders in corporate India.
