• The course covers the basic skills and knowledge needed by Counter Sales Executives and Stewards.
• Domain Skills include welcoming the guest, service of food and beverages and clearance – focus on how to ‘wow’ the customer.
• ‘Service starts with me’ is the mantra in the hospitality industry and the topics on Communicative English and Personal Effectiveness demonstrate this in very many ways, beginning with grooming and body language, personal hygiene, polite speech, self-management, complaint handling, and handling difficult situations.
• Some Companies where our certified students have been placed are Burger King, PVR, Cinepolis, Chaayos, Pizza Hut, KFC, others.
